•Insta Filter Media (Proprietorship), duly registered in India under Udyam, facilitating select regional operations and secure payment processing through verified gateways such as Razorpay and Razorpay International.
Both entities function under the unified brand name “Insta Filter Media”, maintaining consistent global standards, ethics, and quality across all regions of operation.
3. Services
Our services include but are not limited to:
•Influencer & content marketing campaigns
•360° digital marketing and social media management
•Rap, artist, and music marketing
•Book and author promotion campaigns
•Paid advertising (Meta, Google, etc.) and branding consultation and Magazine features
All services are customized according to project requirements and timelines mutually agreed upon with the client.
4. Payments & Billing
•Payments must be made in advance or as per agreed milestones.
•We use secure, verified processors including Razorpay, Razorpay International, Stripe, and other authorized gateways.
•All invoices and payment links are issued directly by Insta Filter Media.
•We do not store your full payment or card details; these are processed securely by our payment partners.
•Any applicable taxes or processing fees will be mentioned in the final invoice.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
•Once a project or campaign is initiated, all payments are non-refundable.
•Cancellations made before a project begins may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
•Refunds due to billing or technical errors will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days.
•No refunds will be issued for services already delivered or completed.
6. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
•Provide accurate information, creative materials, and timely approvals.
•Ensure that all shared content complies with copyright and advertising laws.
•Avoid sharing any false or misleading claims during campaigns.
Delays in providing content or feedback may extend delivery timelines.
7.Intellectual PropertyAll original strategies, visuals, designs, and concepts created by Insta Filter Media remain our property until full payment is received.
Upon completion and payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
8. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose private data, project details, or campaign results to third parties without prior consent, except where legally required.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including:
•Platform algorithm changes (Instagram, Meta, YouTube, etc.)
•Delays caused by third-party services or APIs
•Force majeure events (internet outages, policy changes, etc.)
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that project.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of:
•The State of New Mexico, USA, for international clients engaging with Insta Filter Media LLC or payments processed through international gateways such as Stripe; and
•The Republic of India, for domestic clients and for all transactions processed through Razorpay, including international payments received under Razorpay International.
Each party agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the respective governing region.
